Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your seed products.

1. Return Conditions

To apply for a return, your product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and the seed packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  • All product tags, anti-counterfeiting labels, etc., must be kept intact and not torn or damaged.
  • You must provide a complete purchase receipt, order screenshot, or other valid proof of purchase.

2. Return Initiation Process

If you need to initiate a return, please contact us via email at export@seednesty.com. In your email, please include your order number, product name, and reason for the return so we can process your request promptly.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed shipping instructions as soon as possible. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

3. Handling Damaged or Problematic Products

Please check your products immediately upon receipt. If you find that the seeds have damaged packaging, mold, quantity discrepancies, or if you received the wrong type of seeds, please contact us at export@seednesty.com immediately. We will assess the issue and provide appropriate solutions, such as resending or returning the product.

In case the seeds you receive have quality issues (such as failure to germinate or seed damage), there is no need to return the physical items. You may claim a refund simply by providing clear photos as evidence for our verification and confirmation.(Note:We will cover the return shipping costs.)

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following seed-related and other products are non-returnable, and we appreciate your understanding:

  • Seeds that have been opened or used (due to the nature of seeds as special breeding materials, once opened, they can easily mix, spoil, and cannot be resold).
  • Customized seed products (such as special breed customizations or bulk packaging custom orders).
  • Seeds sold at a discount during promotional events or bundled promotional gifts.
  • Gift cards (including those specifically for seed products).
  • Other items that are non-returnable per industry standards (if you have questions, please contact customer service for confirmation in advance).

5. Exchange Policy

To ensure you receive the desired seed products as quickly as possible, we recommend that you first apply for a return of your existing product. After your return request is approved and the return process is completed, you can place a new order for the desired product.

6. Refund Policy

  1. In this case, the return must still meet the following conditions: the product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, with intact packaging and labels, and you must provide valid proof of purchase. The specific process can be followed as outlined in the "Return Initiation Process" section of this policy.
  2. We will notify you via email of the refund review results after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  3. If the refund request is approved, we will automatically process the refund back to your original payment account within 3-5 business days.
  4. Please note that it may take some time for banks or credit card issuers to process the refund. The specific timing for the funds to appear will depend on the financial institution's policies.
  5. If you do not receive the refund within 10 business days after the refund request is approved, please contact us at export@seednesty.com for verification and assistance.

8.Perishable Goods Disclaimer:

Due to the biological nature of seeds, we cannot accept returns for open packets or seeds that have been exposed to moisture/heat.
